This basically removes all previous code.
Instead copy the classic distribution from plone.distribution 2.0.0b1 (latest).
This takes a hint from PR #8 but without moving away from
setup.pyand without moving to native namespaces.Depend on
plone.distributionandProducts.CMFPlone.
