This requirement was added due to a bug in ubuntu, and should be removed. plone/training#278
To give an actually useful answer, you need to remove the line 'pkg-resources==0.0.0' from requirements.txt, then push the changes to your repository before doing a Heroku push, only removing the line won't work |

Summary: pip package required pkg-resources package which is a bug in the way Ubuntu provides metadata to pip [documented here](plone/training#278). Removed the unnecessary package and things seem to work. Test Plan: Was able to install package in test repo. Need to push and test to actual public repo next.
