lets assume you have a folder f1 with 2 pages p1 and p2
and you have a link from p1 to p2
now you copy the folder f1 to f2
in this situation you would expect that the link in the new page f2.p1 would point to f2.p2 but currently because the cache has been copied with the pages (as annotation) the link in f2.p1 points to f1.p2
