when zooming in on chrome or viewing in edge on the surface the delete and radio column of a given row can become offset from the content columns:

this is cosmetic but can result in issues with usability

@cldougl In Chrome, this seems to only affect some of the zoom settings, not all of them, weird.. e.g. 67%, 75%, 80%, 90%, 125% and 175% are incorrect but 50%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 300% are ok. Investigating.

-- ok it's not the zoom per-say that's causing the issue it's the lack of style syncing on zoom/resize

This looks perfect in chrome now- I can no longer reproduce 🎉
Will follow up with more surface/edge testing over the next few days
