Welcome to the surveyticket wiki!
This plugin permit to have a survey instead of description field of ticket.
The survey is displayed only at creation of ticket
For example see the 2 screenshots:
When ticket created, you see result of survey in text format in the description field. Example:
On survey form, you add questions, and add target (ticket template + interface (standard and/or simplified) + type of ticket)
