Stand-alone addition to utility functions. Low risk. Merging. Gist integration is native to Jekyll now, but this is a good example for folks who want to extend jekyll-bootstrap. |

Tested locally, using the example post. Gist inclusion works as full gist or single-file. Feels a bit sluggish, but that would be the case even if this were a plugin-based implementation.
