How to include Cognitive complexity for Java code?

Description:

I use the following rules:

But when I try to run the command it tells me that:

Unable to find referenced rule CognitiveComplexity; perhaps the rule name is misspelled?

If I omit CognitiveComplexity, it works well, I have been using your tool for 3 moths already. But I cannot add CognitiveComplexity. How can I compute it and add to the rules?

I also tried to use category/java/design.xml/CognitiveComplexity, but it didn't help

The CognitiveComplexity is currently only available for Apex, not for Java, as denoted by the location of the rule category/**apex**/design.xml/CognitiveComplexity.

Contributions to migrate the rule to Java are always welcomed.
