Unable to connect to a specific server with iPhone

Issue description

• Expected result: Connect to a specific server and the terrain is displayed normally
• Actual result: After waiting for several minutes for the Locating server to appear, it will time out.

I have tried rebooting the WiFi router and reinstalling Minecraft, but the issue keep coming back.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Connect to a specific server in a Wi-Fi environment

OS and versions

• PocketMine-MP: 3.17.0
• PHP: 7.4.13
• Server OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-56-generic x86_64)
• Game version: PE
• Client version:
  • iPhone7 iOS14.3 Minecraft 1.16.201
