Summary
Be able to read contingencies in the PSS/E format, like SCOPFLOW. Currently, SOPFLOW only reads contingencies in the ExaGO format. SCOPFLOW can read either ExaGO or PSS/E depending on the extension: .cont for ExaGO and .con for PSS/E.
