Issue - Problem with "hidden" content types in a document library
Expected behavior
When using Apply-SPOProvisioningTemplate to create a preconfigured document library with a number of contenttypes, the contenttypes "Visible" attribute for the "New" button should be respected.
Actual behavior
There seems to be nothing in the schema to support the contenttypes "Visible" property for a library, only "Default". When I create a new library from the schema, all contenttypes attached to the library, are displayed from the "New" menu - I have tried with default set to yes and no with no change.
Steps to reproduce behavior
Configure a document library with a number of contenttypes, some of which are not displayed on the new button
Then use Get-ProvisioningTemplate to save the schema which I can then use, on the same site, to provision other document libraries with the Apply-SPOProvisioningTemplate
(Note: The standard "Document" contettype has come back also!)
What version of the PnP-PowerShell Cmdlets are you using?
SharePointPnPPowerShellOnline.MSI - May 2016 Release
How did you install the PnP-PowerShell Cmdlets?
Via MSI installer.

This is a very valid request. It will require a change to the Provisioning Template schema, and will put this on the todo list so it will be available in the next schema release. For now I will close this issue and create a corresponding issue in the schema repository which is available at https://github.com/officedev/PnP-Provisioning-Schema
