Outlook commandlet should follow the naming convention

Hi guys,
when looking at your source code I noticed a minor cosmetic problem with the naming convention of the Outlook command.

The current naming of the command is "outlook sendmail". I think it should rather follow the naming conventions of the other commands like in SharePoint Online. My suggestion would be to rename it to "outlook mail send".

Let me know if this makes sense to you. Feel free to assign the task to me.

You are right, although renaming the command would lead to a breaking change. So instead, I'd like to suggest that we rename the command, but we define an alias for outlook sendmail so that it doesn't break any existing code. Appreciate your help 👏
