Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

In my current application, the 1 minute increments are overkill and require a lot of scrolling.
It would be helpful to be able to adjust the minute increments to something like 5 minutes or even 15 minutes if needed.

Observed Behavior

For Minutes you have to scroll through 60 numbers making it cumbersome if you do not need that resolution in the webpart.

It's actually kind of ironic topic. I remember in SharePoint 2016, I was always annoyed I had to use a picker that had 5 minute increments. Now I actually use 1 minute increments for a year and see the benefit.
