🎯 Aim of the feature

A follow up based on feature #124.
The aim would be to:

• add a step which will configure fast serve 💡 [Feature]: Add SPFx Fast Serve setup as additional step to the scaffolding form #218
• add possitiblity to add custom steps 💡 [Feature]: Add possibility to add custom additional step #217
• based on project type add a custom step to install react (for example for application customizer) 💡 [Feature]: Show some additional setup steps in scaffolding form based on component type #216
