This implements simple logging via
--logger=simple. This is a simplified version that works in Windows terminals. This is the default for terminals that don't support ANSI codes.You can combine this with
--no-color.The default logger also now shows you when fetches are queued.
This also changes the config store to
~/.pnpmrc. While this is a breaking change, it's not really documented... so I wouldn't really worry much.
