Teambuilder - Pokemon search displays illegal pokemon for selected tier

Would be very handy for those without encyclopedic knowledge of tiers to restrict which can display

e.g. I type in "Z" with ORAS LU selected and it currently still displays Zekrom in the options

Not that I think this is a bad idea but perhaps this could be refined to.
When searching within a tier, the Pokémon valid in that tier are displayed above the rest. Some people want to play with Arceus, but the default tier is OU so they won't immediately be able to find Arceus. Or make the tier division very clear.
