Add Static Content For Social Sharing

We are not doing dynamic content in social media previews, per #39, but we will want to display some nice static content. We want the POAP logo, plus the title "POAP Vote" and the preview sentence "A sybil-resistant voting engine for anyone to run polls using Ethereum and POAP.".

Only tangentially related, but putting here cause it's so small: remove the footer placehoder text and the line at the bottom. No footer content needed.

Should the footer at least link to the main POAP site? Right now I don't think we link to that anywhere and we probably should. Maybe in the footer we just write "A POAP project" and have POAP be a link? Or perhaps a "What is POAP?" thing in the header?

One more minor change in the same vein: update the "slogan" on the main page to also say "A sybil-resistant voting engine for anyone to run polls using Ethereum and POAP" instead of "Use your POAP NFTs to vote on polls".
