Podenv stores a bit of state in ~/.cache/podenv (e.g. if a containerfile is not modified, then we assume the image exist). We need to document how to reset the state when things go wrong.

Perhaps this could be simplified by attaching the state to the underlying runtime (e.g. using a local storage image attribute).
