Uncaught PodioError thrown, but status 0 and no message #24

Some of my Podio sync scripts suddenly stopped working. While debugging, I found out that Podio was throwing some errors, but without any details:

Fatal error: Uncaught PodioError
Request URL:
Request Body: null

I found a 400 error in my log:

2013-06-18 13:05:09 Reponse: <html>
<head><title>400 Bad Request</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>400 Bad Request</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx/1.2.7</center>
</body>
</html>

Anyone experiencing the same problems?
