MultiPortScan.php

No need support pcntl_fork. Using socket 

usage: php MultiPortScan.php ping|port ip range_start range_end socket_number

#ping 8.8.8.1 ~ 8.8.8.255. Connection timeout is 50ms

./MultiPortScan.php ping 8.8.8 1 255 50

#port 8.8.8.8:1 8.8.8.8:1000 100. Connection timeout is 100ms

./MultiPortScan.php port 8.8.8.8 1 500 100

# Using the verbosity flag (-v). Connection timeout is 1000ms (1 sec)
./MultiPortScan.php -v udp 127.0.0.1 137 138 1000
