It's really gaudy to have in a recording. I don't see any toggle for it.

This is not something that can be toggled off and will not be togglable in the future due to the scope of this project.

Also, "starting seed"? The hash shown is the crc32 of the ROM loaded, it has nothing to do with a "seed".

That makes literally no sense. If it's there as a way to verify what emulator someone is using, the sites in question merely have to request it be toggled on. Why on earth is it forced on? It's a blurry mess that takes up large amounts of screen real estate and looks cheesy.

The reset message is for both verifying the correct emulator is used and to verify the correct ROM is being used. This is useful for verifying speedruns, which is the scope of this project. There are plenty of other emulators you can use which don't have these OSD messages, like bgb.
