[feature request] Filter Out Renovate Issues

Renovate open a Dependency Dashboard issue for all repos that uses it :

It would be great to filter these out as well.

Great point and feature request! This is definitely worth bringing into our backlog as an enhancement.

Initially, I thought of simply dropping them from synchronization during installation + webhooks - easiest form of implementation here.

However, it made me think whether we should introduce some form of attribute, e.g hide, on issues that we can flag these with and others in the future (from bots mainly). Such issues would not be shown by default, but can be (issue filter) - avoiding confusion and a diff between GitHub & Polar issue counts etc.

I like option #2, but #1 would be a quick fix. Thinking out loud here :-) Nonetheless, we'll take this into our backlog. Thanks @Hebilicious !
