Fix flit installation command error

I followed the contributor guide given by @Yash-10 but I wasn't able to reproduce the same error. Did I miss something?

Anyway, here's the PR with the suggested change.

Thanks for this pull request @jerobado ! I'm not sure why you can't reproduce the problem 🧐 but in any case, this seemed to fix the issue for me at least, so let's merge it. The CI failure is unrelated.
