This is a promoter swap, but the expression level was not recorded.
We have no option to do promoter swap with "not recorded" expression (this happens quite a lot, mentioned on last call)

I put this at high priority because I can't get to the end of the allele fixes without it, so it's a blocker for releasing the allele pages.

here, I switch "other" to WT

but the original allele is "not assayed"and this isn't available for WT.

Just to be clear, are you saying that the required change is that "not assayed" should be available for WT?

I'm confused by the discussion about promoters and the screen shot.

Because "not assayed" isn't available you don't get the promoter option, so yes I think make "not assayed" available, then we should see. the promoter options.

We show the promoter section for Overexpression, Knockdown and Ectopic expression: #2544 (comment)

Should I change that to include "Not assayed"?

OK, both those changes are in the main Canto instance. Let me know if we need any tweaks.
