Summary
Bootstrap configuration fetches cluster initial config.
This config is persisted in
/var/cacheso that if cloud if unavailable, it still would be able to start up.Config is updated when Connect signals to, and on top of that, in case connect service is unavailable, it maintains a periodic update interval.
