Rework mv-node to use collator template from substrate-parachain-template. [PONC-129] is also done. Aura and GRANDPA pallets removed as not compatible with parachains.

Aura and GRANPA removed, mv-node changed drastically. RPC initialization is preserved, light node mode was removed.
PONC-129 (adding parachain Extensions) is also implemented here.
