MM: SLAB: Squash commits:

slub.c: Remove PAGE_ALLOC_COSTLY_ORDER - +3% boost
slub: tid must be retrieved from the percpu area of the current processor

Sync with anarkia1976 mako kernel, add in all comments that were removed. Includes some CAF commits
