RetroArch for XBOX (powered by libretro) (UWP)

This is based on RetroArch v1.16.0.3 and is a customized version for the Xbox console family.

• removed all features that don't work on Xbox consoles.
• includes only cores that work on the Xbox consoles.

What has been changed

• i've swapped out the icons and the splashscreen.

• custom menu elements (Xbox non-specific removed)

• build-in menu-assets, core-info and controller-profiles

• downloader for preconfigured overlays/shaders for all handheld systems and CRT-TV / arcade systems

• thumbnail downloader for playlists (based on custom database names)

• supports retroachivements (https://retroachievements.org/)

• supports LaunchPass (https://github.com/Misunderstood-Wookiee/LaunchPass/releases/tag/v2.2.0)
