I am indeed fully updated as shown with my apt policy output above. I can show you how the themes change the pop shop here:

Yaru light and Adwaita light are unreadable and the dark versions are missing the button and background elements while it looks normal with the default pop theme.
How did you upgrade to 22.04? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

The Pop Shop now has issues with being readable or missing visual elements on themes other than the default one that comes with Pop.
The default:
Adwaita is unreadable:
Yaru-dark is missing the button and background:
It started looking this way after a recent update to the pop shop a couple days ago.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Change gtk theme and then open pop shop
Expected behavior:
That the app page at least be readable and have a legible button.
