Issue/Bug Description:
Unable to cancel a print job

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Print a document
Open "Printers" settings in GNOME
Click "how Jobs"
Click the trash can
Nothing happens, no error, but job still printing.

Expected behavior:
The job would be cancelled and stop printing

Other Notes:
