Razer 16 - Speakers not working

Installed 22.04 LTS to a new Razer 16 laptop and unable to get any sound from the speakers using kernel 6.2.6, and also tried 6.3.0RC4.

Sound output shows :

but there is no output from the inbuilt speakers.

Seeing errors like
