Issue/Bug Description
According to the System76 documentation regarding shortcut keys, Super + F is supposed to open the Files application, but it does not. See http://pop.system76.com/docs/keyboard-shortcuts/

Steps to reproduce (if you know)
Launch Super + F. Expected result: The Files application opens. Actual result: Nothing happens.

@rdfuhr Thanks for submitting this issue.

As brought up by @jmd1011 , this is also an issue in test builds of 18.04.

After doing some investigative research it seems like when that document was written(17.10 was in beta), the keyboard shortcuts worked but for whatever reason they have not worked for just about the entire lifetime of 17.10.

With 18.04 close upon us, we are focused on getting ready for release. We will get to this when we can.

Upon a fresh install, many shortcuts aren't working for me:

Shift + Ctrl + Super + [direction]: none working
Almost none of the OS shortcuts work (only Super, Super + A, Super + V, and Alt + F2 work)
Super + M is performing the same thing as Super + V

Also, just a small thing -- it would be nice to be able to directly switch to a specific workspace (Super + 4, etc.).
...
After a reboot, both Super + P and Shift + Ctrl + Super + [direction] work, but the other issues remain.
