Feature Request: Reviews/Comments and Ratings for Packages

Provide a way for Pop!-Shop users to enter a rating and a comment/review for the packages. Then we would have a better idea of which package most closely matches our use case. Also, it would indicate which apps are most reliable. Their would need to be a login before the user could add a comment. It would probably be a good idea to not allow a user to leave a review or rating until they have downloaded the package themselves.
