Repo picker disables screenshot tool while picking repo

Background:

I wanted to add a screenshot to another issue about repos and apparently that's... not a thing?

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Pop!_Shop on an install that does not have Audacity* installed
2. Open the Audacity page
3. Click the repo dropdown menu
4. See that it offers a Flatpak and a Deb version
5. Press PrtSc key on keyboard

*I'm sure other apps are the same but I know this one has the dropdown menu.

Expected result

The screenshot tool opens

Actual result

The screenshot tool does not open.

Additional notes

I also tried a custom keyboard shotcut to see if it was the PrtSc key specifically that was disabled - but no, I could also not screenshot with another key.

I also tried taking a screenshot without the repo picker open, which worked as expected.

OS clean reinstall this summer with regular updates.

I think this is more of a Gnome/GTK thing, rather than a Pop!_Shop thing. I've seen dialogs in other applications that also block screenshots. I believe the system menu also does this.
