Add the possibility to pass selfSignedCertificates as secrets in port-ocean #103

In the port-ocean chart it is currently not possible to pass a selfSignedCertificates via an existing secret. It is mandatory to pass the content of the certificate as a value. This is not ideal in multi-cluster integration scenarios where each certificate is distinct and accessible via a secret.
