We'll want to support local Docker/Kubernetes as well as the agent options only in the endpoint initialization view.

Other types of endpoint (ACI, remote Docker) will still be supported via the endpoint creation view.

I want to add a remote Docker endpoint only, but it's not letting me skip the initialzation view. I don't have any local endpoint to manage.
I have installed portainer on kubernetes using official helm chart.

@piyush94 we're aware of that and we'll add a way to start Portainer without having to initialize any endpoint.
