Version independent external apps (standalone apps)

This pull requests adds a new type of external app to the firmware: The standalone app.

Pros:

• Will work after an upgrade.
• Size of image is only limited by shared heap size of M0 (application) (64kb total).

Cons:

• No full access to all functions in the main firmware. One well defined (and versioned) API handles all communication.

The Pacman app was converted to be the first the the new kind.

Can not find the standalone apps / pacman in the menu
It is simply gone :-)

Copy new sd card contents or flash with the ppfw.

That‘s what I‘ve done - all copied to sd, flashed with flash utility -> n_240513…but no pacman, no new menu with standalone stuff confused

It should be in the utilities menu as the last item.

Last item is wardrivemap, after tetris
I even switched off the back button in menu in the settings… this was not the solution :-)

Ok, the tar/apps folder contains pacman, the zip/apps not
It is not a big thing…BUT
In an office, everybody has a so called look busy screen - pacman is my look harmless screen
