Behaviour

I am trying to use a userchrome and usercontent file but theyre not working.
The toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets entry in about:config appears to be forced to true and cant be changed but it seems to be not working.

Steps to reproduce this issue

  1. Create a userchrome.css and/or userContent.css file in the Chrome folder of the profile directory

Expected behaviour

They should be applied.

Actual behaviour

They appear to be ignored.

Configuration

**Downloaded the 4.1.2.1 release and copied the G6.0.4 files to the app folder.

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64bit 19045.3324

This is because Waterfox added a new way to customize themes, so you need to disable it in the settings menu now.

Go into Tools > Settings > Look and Feel then, select Disable Waterfox theme customization.

Tested with G6.0.7 and my userChrome.css works perfectly.
