Select Deployment via Entrypoint File

To give a more familiar flow for RStudio IDE users, and an alternative when navigating nested projects we can add a deploy button on open files we deem entrypoints.

When the button is clicked:

• if a Deployment with that file as the entrypoint does not exist the create flow will start with that entrypoint selected
• If there is a single Deployment with that entrypoint set in the Deployment's Configuration it will become selected in the sidebar
• If there are more Deployments then we will prompt the user to select one
