OpenSurveyor build at 13th week of GSoC

• Freehand drawing mode has a contextual actionbar with options to cancel creation, delete last drawn segment, change width and color of the line. Freehand editing is finished by clicking check mark in the context actionbar, or by clicking a trashcan button.
• Marker creation in map UI has an option to cancel creation and to move marker being created (it was created in the center of the screen before)
• Long-tap on the marker allows to move it (by dragging) and delete it (trashcan button in context actionbar)
• Pinch-zoom
• Maximum zoomlevel is set 20.
• Workaround osmdroid's weird setCenter() implementation
