Without this, CryoTanks will remove resources from stock tanks. It's pretty surprising this has gone unnoticed, but perhaps people usually install B9PS as a dependency from something else.

@JonnyOThan, you can close this now. This unmaintained metanetkan is no longer in use as of KSP-CKAN/NetKAN#9964. |

Without this, CryoTanks will remove resources from stock tanks.
If you'd prefer, we could assume ownership of the netkan metadata on the CKAN side as well.
This will resolve KSP-CKAN/NetKAN#9894
