Near Future Propulsion provides new ISRU options for its new fuels as well as Xenon. Let's go over them!
Lithium production couldn't be simpler. Both stock ISRU units have been modified to produce Lithium from Ore - so do your usual thing to mine Ore and convert it.
A new production chain has been created for these resources. To detect them, a new part - the AIReS Atmospheric Sounder - has been provided. It can be used to work out whether a planet's atmosphere contains Xenon or Argon. Then, drop a M-2 Cryogenic Gas separator and a power supply onto the planet - it will slowly extract the selected resource depending on the concentration.
