can`t input number by right numeric keypad

Steps to reproduce

open powershell preview,
ssh copnnect or wsl,
use right numeric keypad

Expected behavior

push 1 2 3

Actual behavior

terminal show 123

Error details

But no any input in console.
And no the problem in local windows console, stable version also normally use right numeric keypad in wsl/ssh
