Rests don't show correctly in the Drop-down Tabmenu

When I add notes and check the value in the Tab-menu, it shows correct.
The rest though will show as the value of the last rest:

Also when I change between different open files, the value of the rest remains freezed:

And when PTE 2.0 is opened, no rest will show in the Drop-down Tabmenu.

This file has been made in PTE 2.0, and stored.
I closed PTE 2.0 and reopened the file.
Now no previous selection has been made in the Drop-down Tab-menu.
Notes are selected correctly with the blue dot (even the last incorrect quarter: it should be an 1/8 to fit the measure).
Rests don't show up, there's no blue dot at all:

So it is not a bug related to PTE 1.7 import.
