rework-rem2px

Rework plugin that converts rem units to pixel ones for creating CSS matching IE8 specifically.

Example

.home {
  font-size: 1.2rem;
}

Yields:

.home {
  font-size: 19.2px;
}

Usage

  var rework = require('rework');
  var rem2px = require('rework-rem2px');

  // Says rework to use rem2px with 16px for 1rem
  rework(css).use(rem2px(16));

rework-rem2px vs rework-rem-fallback

If you plan to create a totally different CSS stylesheet for IE<=8 that you will integrate with conditionnal comment, use this module.

If you just want to keep the same stylesheet for every browsers, use rework-rem-fallback.
