Windows-Cursor not appearing when pressing F9

I have confirmed this behaviour on both stable (20210316) as well as beta and cutting edge.
This problem occurs with and without f.lux running.
This problem occurs with and without resetting Nvidia driver settings.

The only current fix i came up with is going into the windows settings, manually changing the cursor type to something else, then swap back. Only when doing this while osu is running will make the cursor reappear in the F9 menu.

Running on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 (Build 19042.928)
