this should include:

ability to assign tags/genre/language to beatmap packs
search bar and filters similar to beatmap/featured artist listing (Related: lack of ability to search beatmap packs #2761)

examples of filters could be:

genre
language
game mode (Filter Beatmap Packs by mode #4247)
completed ("Completed/All-Played" Beatmap Packs status #2548)
unplayed
challenge packs
