I don't see why there couldn't be one if there is already an active player count for each country on the country ranking page.

We show active users on the dashboard, which is a more dynamic and fun number.

I don't see why we can't have both either though.

There is no way to see all active users is there? So you have to manually sum all the country rank entries?
