Let users know when a report they filed was resolved

I think this would involve making some system where moderators could mark reports as resolved or rejected, so there could be two benefits: users are encouraged to file more/better reports since they can be aware of action taken by mods, and they could also be punished if they misuse the report feature too much

I guess it could also lead into giving some kind of reward to people who very actively create helpful reports since they play a large role in keeping the game clean
