Add recent plays tab to userpage

There should be a separate, movable tab with recent (failed too) plays on userpages, something like linked above (taken from an extension called osu!plus)

It's a bit weird that this section is under historical. Maybe it should be moved to "recent"?

I think it should be under best plays/first place ranks, it kinda fits in with other plays in my opinion

The section would need to be renamed, if that was the case.

Should this new section display both failed and non failed plays together? I'm afraid that it might get cluttered up if we include failed plays by default.
