mapping guides subforum

Currently guides are mixed in and often lost in mapping discussions (previously general questions but i know peppy just renamed that forum), except for guides listed on guide compendiums which are easily outdated.

A better way to handle this would be to have a proper guides subforum so that users can see all the guides in one place (and then we can link that from in the client! to see all the guides. all of them.)
